I have worked in insurance for 10 years where I have gained many transferable skills. I have successfully trained a team of 42 peolle on a new system within a week after teaching myself how to use the system. My most recent role as a Training and Compliance Specialist I would also support a Branch Manager and the Operations Manager. I am looking for a career that I can thrive in and demonstrate my strong work ethic. Working in Insurance I am used to relaying information to customers and colleagues in ways that can help them to understand and process information. I manage my own work loads and help to organise, support and co-ordinate multiple office loads where necessary. This means I have a versatile experience of multi tasking and will be able prioritise workloads. I have strong administrative skills and can pick up new skills at ease. Being approachable and professional means I can communicate with people at all levels internally and externally within a business.
