I am an experienced Human Resources manager with extensive expertise in Reward and Oxbridge graduate recruitment, complemented by experience managing end to end HR. I have worked across various industries including a global investment bank, software engineering consultancy and a major blue-chip utility firm.
I have a track record of developing and implementing effective HR policies and managing projects to help support a variety of industries, including those undergoing transformation and change. I am highly client focused in approach and I combine a depth of understanding of HR implementation with a commercial pragmatism to help organisations achieve their business objectives.
I have a Masters from the University of Westminster in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cambridge, qualification in Occupational Testing, as well as being a member of the British Psychological Society and a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
