My expertise is taking on a marketing team and improving it’s output considerably including the perception of marketing as a whole in an organisation. I’ve successfully restructured marketing teams and added considerable value to companies’ bottom lines as a result for the past 15 years. What is so often the case, is that marketing has become expensive and stagnant and an organisation can no longer see its value as a department and instead only see it as a cost burden. My role is to completely overhaul that perception.
